Ram truck, the fastest growing brand in the U.S., is announcing new appearance and feature packages for their 2020 1500 Night Edition half-ton and heavy-duty truck lineups arriving this Fall. Finding a full-size truck that suits your Charlotte needs, isn’t always an easy task. With so many options on the market, discovering the right one may feel overwhelming. However, at Lake Norman Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM, we believe we have the solution. With our range of 2020 RAM 1500 Night Edition models, you’ll surely be able to find the perfect truck for your lifestyle needs.
The 2020 Rebel, in the back-for-2020 Black Appearance Group, gets a new safety package option that includes adaptive cruise control with a full stop, forward-collision mitigation, lane-departure warning, and automatic high-beam headlamps. The Comfort package is now standard and includes a power tailgate release, wireless phone charging, rear heated seats, white 194 led bulbs for map lights and doom light, and a 12-way power driver’s seat with memory settings. Additionally, new Rebel exterior graphics options will be on offer.
New Feature Packages
For the 2020 model year, Ram 1500 Night Edition brings new appearance and feature packages, adding even greater appeal to a well-rounded lineup that offers something for nearly every truck buyer. The 2020 Ram 1500 sets the benchmark for durability, technology, efficiency and luxury with features never before offered in a pickup. With the addition of the all-new, third-generation 3.0-liter V-6 EcoDiesel, the Ram 1500 becomes America’s most powerful half-ton diesel pickup, with 480 lb.-ft. of torque, and most capable light-duty diesel, with towing capability 12,560 pounds.
Cabin options are limited to a quad or crew cab. Inside, the truck gets diesel gray cloth seats. The luxury group features (a leather-wrapped wheel, auto-dimming rearview mirror, LED car lights on bed lighting and so on) are standard, but heated bench or bucket seats and an 8.4-inch Uconnect touchscreen are optional. So these should be fairly well-equipped trucks, even if they’re not packed with all the tech and luxury features found on the new 1500s.
Equipped with a 3.92 rear gear our RAM 1500 Night Edition would sprint to 60-mph in about 7-seconds. When properly equipped it can tow up to 10,700-pounds and has a max payload capacity of 1,880-pounds along with a ground clearance of 9.4-inches. The inclusion of RAM’s 4-corner air suspension package not only gave the RAM a wonderful ride but also came in handy when loading and unloading items from the bed.
While we aren’t sure when exactly the 2020 RAM 1500 Night Edition will come to our RAM dealership near Cypress, it shouldn’t be too far off into the future! The 2020 RAM 1500 Night Edition is scheduled to arrive at RAM dealerships near Spring in the last quarter of 2019.
